Supercharge your upgrading efforts by starting at the
bottom of your SuccessLines. Work the persons who
have come in last, and you can really stir up some
excitement.
How? Suppose you begin your day by getting in touch
with the Pre-Enrollee who is #160 in your SuccessLine.
What happens if you convince him to upgrade to Member?
Everyone sitting at #159 and above automatically gets
an email announcing that someone below him or her has
upgraded to Member. If they don’t jump off the couch
and upgrade, too, they’ll lose out big-time. This
fear of loss could be just the nudge some of them need
to join VemmaBuilder.
If you start your efforts to persuade with Pre-
Enrollee #1, you’ll have 159 Pre-Enrollees below him
who won’t lose a dime or a minute’s sleep if he
upgrades.
(Note: This tactic works especially well early in the
Deadline Cycle.)
Once you get #160 to upgrade, you have a new bottom.
It starts directly above your new deep Member. Work
